Are you a strong, driven data analyst, who shares our organisation's values and passion for improving the lives of young people through education?

We're looking for an **Analyst**with excellent people skills to join our growing Analytics & Data Science team to help us provide analytical services and insight that support, enhance and improve business performance.

In this role you will work with, and learn from, a highly experienced and supportive team. You will work a hybrid working arrangement, excellent pension scheme with 11.5% being paid in annually on top of 7% from you, 25 days annual leave rising to 30 days with service, Christmas closure, alongside a host of other wellbeing benefits.

**You'll be**:

- supporting and leading a variety of tasks and projects
- working with colleagues from across the business, contributing to the development and delivery of data analyses and insights
- providing planned and ad hoc analyses in relation to complex and varied business challenges
- developing and maintaining collaborative working practices that feed into organisational objectives
- providing comprehensive and user-friendly data intelligence to users
- providing proactive advice and guidance to colleagues on analytics and data related issues
- influencing thinking in relation to analytical and data driven solutions.
