**MHA -Property Sales Advisor**
**37 hours per week (flexible working hours)**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking sales progresser for our fast paced Retirement Living Property Sales & Lettings team to deal with all aspects of the sales and lettings from initial enquiry to key release with a key focus on taking ourcustomers through the conveyancing process. This is an interesting and varied role which will have involvement each step of the customer journey.
This role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the sales journey:
- Upon reservation of a property to establish and maintain a line of communication with the purchaser and become their contact throughout the conveyancing process from reservation to key handover.
- Liaising with all key stakeholders in the cycle form estate agents, solicitors, family members etc.
- Addressing concerns, assisting with any issues and helping to alleviate any unnecessary stress caused through the move.
- Follow up on incoming enquiries to discuss interest and send out sales packs for further follow up.
- Support the team, housing managers and all stakeholders in relation to administration of paperwork relating all schemes where applicable, such as preparing and sending out information packs, sending out Tenancy Agreements, Reservation Forms with relevantdocumentation and preparing information packs for Open Days.
**Essential Skills and Experience**
- GCSE (Grade A-C) in English and Maths
- Experience in establishing and maintaining effective recording systems
- Collating and processing expenses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly IT literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (to include Excel).
- Strong organisation and planning skills and ability to prioritise competing demands
- Accurate report writing and administration skill
- Excellent telephone skills with the ability to communicate effectively, confidently and professionally.
