We have an amazing opportunity to join the team here at Bristol Street Motors Renault Derby as a Sales Advisor. You will be working 40 hours per week and will be offered an industry leading basic salary of £28,000, with an additional bonus opportunity enabling you to earn well in excess of £30,000. We are fully committed to delivering our colleagues flexibility that allows them to balance their work life and home life as well as delivering them a great place to work. We can be flexible and are open to discussing a range of working patterns that can support your work life balance alongside customer demand. We will provide you with comprehensive training from day one, so you can join us with confidence that you will be able to succeed even if you have no sector experience. **About the Role**
Our Sales Advisors support our customers throughout their whole buying journey, both online and in-store, with their main focus being delivering fantastic customer service. Our digital capability is industry leading and we are ready to handle the exciting future we have ahead of us in motor retail, including the transformation to electric vehicles. Our Sales Advisors are experts in helping with the little things. Whether it's arranging test drives, choosing the right finance or picking out the right additional accessories, they are with the customer every step of the way making sure they have a fantastic experience when purchasing their new car. Our team engage with customers online, in-store, on the phone or by video, nationally as well as locally, therefore good communication skills and the ability to use technology are vital.
