**Administrator - To Assist The Recruitment Team**

**Contract Type**: Permanent - Full Time 40 hours per week

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm

**Location**: Head Office, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 4AE

**Rate of Pay**: from £10.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

**About the Role**
- Sending offer of employment letters
- Ensuring that all the references are requested and received
- Booking interviews
- Arranging start dates
- Assisting in the end to end recruitment process ensuring contracts are sent in a timely manner and new starts are set up on the system.
- Changing terms and conditions

2. Support the HR department in general administrative duties
- Answering telephone calls and queries relating to the work of the Operations department and effectively deal with them.
- Taking messages and/or forward information to the appropriate person.
- Carrying out photocopying, faxing, scanning and distribution of documents as required

3. Creating and keeping up to date records

4. Creating and updating job descriptions and KPIs

5. Monitoring the effectiveness of online advertisements

7. Ad hoc Administration duties

**Person Specifications**:

- At least 1-year experience in a similar role
- Good level of both written and spoken English
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Experience in the Care/Healthcare sector preferred but not essential.
