**Job description**:
**Multi-skilled trades person**

Venatu Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with our client, building sustainable modular homes for various housing developers and local authorities within the UK.

They are a leading supplier of modular building solutions that offer exceptional service, innovative products, and superior building quality across their temporary and permanent construction projects.

They also cover a wide variety of carpentry, plumbing, plastering, maintenance, and repairs in Modular builds, and are also involved with their own developments and work with several established clients as a preferred contractor.

**The role**:
Our client is currently looking for the following trades:

- Plumbers
- Joiners/carpenters
- Plasterers
- Tilers
- Electricians

This is a versatile role which involves constructing modular accommodation projects inside of a manufacturing facility. As a Multi-skilled trades person, you will need to show the following:

- Able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate with residents and landlords in a friendly and professional manner.
- Reliability and tidiness are essential.
- Take pride in your work and finish to a high standard.
- Good organisation and communication skills.
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Able to listen and take instructions.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have your own general tools.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Must have a full UK driving licence.

**Pay**:
up to £20 P/H dependant on experience - via PAYE or CIS

Hours:
42.5 hours P/W

Monday to Friday - 7.30am - 4.30pm

Overtime available

**Qualifications/Skills/Experience**:

- Previous experience of working in a production/construction environment
- Have a Practical Nature
- Modular Construction Background [MMC] (preferable)
- Full up to date qualifications in trades.
