We are looking for a **Heat Pump Surveyor **to join our growing and dynamic CB Heating team

CB Heating Ltd part of the EDF group and is one of the most respected names within the renewables sector. We are an established heat pump business with over 20 years of experience and significant revenue growth over the past 2 years, hence we require new roles to support future expansion plans on a national scale following our partnership with EDF- one of the UK’s largest energy suppliers.

- Role Location**:Remote** covering Birmingham Area
- Employment type: Full time, Permanent
- Working hours: Mo
- Fri 9:00-17:00
- Salary band: £30k to 35k/ annum
- **Key responsibilities will include**:_
- You will be responsible for attending customers’ homes to gather data for suitability for a heat pump.
- Identify heat pump and cylinder locations and basic property fabric - double glazing, solid brickwork.
- Inspect and photo existing heating system, oil, gas, electric. Hot water storage / combination boiler.
- Provide design team with information from site.
- Get to work with the latest digital technology, all work completed digitally on a tablet.
- Identify any potential risks or issues with a potential heat pump installation.
- To work with operations team and inhouse CRM with job information.
- **About you**:_
- Experience in EPC / building / property sectors is preferable
- Full training will be provided.
- Great customer facing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good attitude to learn.
- A driving license.
