**Who we are looking for**:
Unistrut is looking for an experienced rolling mill setter to support our continued growth. This role will be positioned within the Production Department located at the West Bromwich facility. The role will report directly to the Production Group Leader.

**What you’ll do**:

- Set and operate our roll forming equipment, presses and ancillary equipment
- Produce parts at the correct rate and report any issues with achieving that rate
- Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced
- Keep production and quality related records up to date
- Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area
- Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed
- Performs Other Duties as Assigned

**What you bring**:

- A good knowledge of Roll forming
- Able to work as part of a team and as an individual
- Motivation to beat targets safely and required quality standards
- Ability to comply with and promote Atkore’s ATIRE and SQDC values
- 5 years’ experience in setting and operating a cold roll forming mill Able to work as part of a team and an individual

Hours of work will be 39 hours per week working 3-week rota shift pattern
- Shift 1 - Monday -Thursday 6am -2pm and Friday 6am-1pm

Shift 2 - Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm and Friday 1pm-8pm

Shift 2 - Sunday-Wednesday 10pm-6am and Thursday 10pm-5am

Hourly pay rate - £12.50 - £13.00 depending on experience, plus 22% shift allowance for day shifts and 25% shift allowance for night shift.
