Internal Sales Support Engineer

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare sales quotations
- Work with customers and the external sales team to close proposals
- Accurately process sales orders for internal/external sales
- Engage in customer inquiries, issues and problem solve
- Process parts order based on customer equipment specifications
- Maintain positive customer relationships and communications
- Provide world class customer follow-up and service
- Conduct customer on-site trials and assist with in-house trials
- Occasional travel to support rep firms, and provide on-site support customers and reps
- Participate in trade shows including setup/teardown and on-site support as assigned
- Special projects as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Food Science degree preferred, but not required
- Technical experience selling, supporting, or designing engineered products, but will also consider strong graduate
- Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, excellent follow-up ability, and be a consistent team player
- Must be a quick, creative, and detailed problem solver
- Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn various databases
