**What will you deliver?**
- Help customers over the phone with all aspects of their personal banking from payment transfers, direct debits, paying bills and supporting them through difficult financial periods
- Take ownership of the enquiries & value each customer
- Create a positive experience for the customer and the client
- Make a real difference to people’s lives
- Resolve consumer complaints related to service centres, products, business practices, policies, etc.
- Advise customers of the most appropriate options/solution
- Using your initiative to decide if a problem/query should be escalated

**Skills You’ll Need**
- The ability to educate our customers on a range of products and services
- A genuine passion for helping others with a customer centric mindsetTo respond to all client activities within given timescales, efficiently, effectively and accurately
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge about WIFI and home network
- Ability to work seamlessly as part of a team but also to their own initiative

Please note this is an onsite position based in Nottingham.

**Salary**: £21,069.00-£22,247.00 per year
