As a **F&B Intern** at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

- Ensure that mise en place levels are kept to standards
- Meet, greet and seat guests in a professional and efficient manner
- Clear and reset tables
- Ensuring high standards are met for guests to enjoy their experience

As a **F&B Intern**, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
