We have a fantastic new opportunity within our Product team for a Product Designer (UX/UI) who will be a key member in our multi-skilled, solution focused product team. You will be shape and visualise new developments and product updates, aligned to agile delivery principles, as well as forming deep product knowledge in the prop tech space.

As Product Designer, you will have significant experience of designing for a wide range of systems, platforms and devices to shape and bring to life user stories and needs that improve experiences and deliver real value to customers. You will collaborate with our Development team, Software Project Manager, Business Analyst, Group Product Manager and end users to deliver user-centred designs and end-to-end experiences for platforms that deliver the businesses vision and stated objectives.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Help cross-functional teams build and operate with strong user empathy developed through a robust approach to concept development and testing
- Regularly accept and manage feedback to iterate and optimise user personas and user-facing interactions and conversions.
- Create designs at all levels of fidelity, e.g. sketches, prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity specs that meet requirements and deliver creative and meaningful end to end experiences
- Use your knowledge to visually communicate, present design decisions and demonstrations, as well as supporting the team in defining use cases, story development and acceptance criteria; rationalising user needs from user pain and opportunity points throughout the project.
- Work with our Development team to answer questions/provide relevant information providing ongoing support and sharing best practice
- Ensure our products are an outstanding visual representation of our iamproperty brand and set the standard for how to bring the brand experience to life through our portfolio.
**Key requirements include**:

- Experience working in a UX/UI or Product Design role (Experience Designer, Interaction Designer, Product Designer) ideally with a knowledge of concept development and user testing best practices.
- Creative problem-solving skills; empathetic and open minded to solving user problems.
- Experience of using Adobe XD/InVision or other wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Excellent attention to detail in both documentation and design work.
- Confident in presenting your research and design work to elicit feedback
- Understanding of design and development in an agile environment
- Passionate about design and building the right thing, in the right way, to provide the right experience and tell the right story to the market, our customers and stakeholders.
This is a full time, permanent position, NE/UK based.
