When you think of iconic brands certain names jump to mind. Cunard has big plans for the future and we have an exciting opportunity which has arisen for an**E-Commerce Executive** (UX & CRO) to join our Digital Marketing Team.

**The Role**

In this role you will be reporting into the Ecommerce Manager and contributing to the delivery of online conversion optimisation strategies for the luxury cruise brand, Cunard. Working closely with the CRO agency, you will plan and deliver AB tests acrossthe four main brand websites (UK, US, Australia, and Germany) balancing website trading performance with digital customer experience.

In addition, you will be responsible for advising on the UX/UI of all digital platforms, working with our In-house Studio and Product Teams to ensure that at every digital touchpoint the unique Cunard style is maintained.

You will constantly aim to improve the digital customer journey through utilising conversion optimisation software and analysing on-site user behaviour.

You will support the wider team to deliver projects to tight deadlines and ensure website activity is aligned with other parts of the business.

To be considered for this position you will need to have some experience of working with a CMS to create web pages with a customer focused approach to web page and content curation.

You will also have experience of reporting on data with the ability to analyse various reports and draw commercial conclusions.

In addition, you will have excellent planning and prioritisation skills and able to adapt to changing and challenging deadlines. You will be a team player, with the ability to work autonomously when required. Accuracy and a good eye for detail are essential.
