**Office Administrator role at an investment management company.**
We are an investment management company based in Richmond, Surrey. We are looking for a new administrator to handle certain administrative duties to keep the business running efficiently.
The main duties will be:
- Dealing with the CRM system
- Dealing with client appointments
- Packaging and posting client welcome packs
- Keeping data on excel spreadsheets
- Be well presented
- Good writing skills
- Good customer service skills
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to solve problems
- Be able to speak English fluently
- Must have some basic computer skills (mainly Microsoft Excel and Word)
**What you will get**:
- You will be working in a friendly office environment
- You will get training before starting
- You will have your own computer and desk to undertake your duties
- The salary is £21,000 annually. There is a potential increase as the salary is reviewed every 6 months according to the performance.
**25 days of paid holiday annually**
