Maintenance & Projects Co-ordinator

**Role Overview**:
Coordinate inspection, maintenance, and remedial work across Private Network High Voltage systems. Support the O&M Manager to ensure service delivery meets contractual and safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate scheduling, pricing, and delivery of routine inspections and maintenance.
- Coordinate small-scale remedial works and support larger engineering projects.
- Prepare job packs and ensure availability of tools, materials, and resources.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Track progress and generate reports for senior management.
- Assist with administrative tasks: handling calls, booking accommodation, and customer communication.
- Support quotation preparation and customer follow-up.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years' experience in scheduling or coordination roles.
- 5 GCSEs (A-C), including Maths and English.
- Strong administrative background, ideally in maintenance or project environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with field service software is a plus.
- Experience with IBM Maximo for asset and maintenance management is desirable.
- Skilled in document handling and technical communication.
