We are seeking a Branch Manager or an experienced Account Executive looking to take on more of a leadership role to join the team based in the Taunton area. This is a full time, permanent post with a highly competitive salary, dependent on experience.

The main duties include;
- Manage, motivate and coach a team of advisors with varying experience
- Carry out performance reviews
- Continue to review and improve efficiencies and service levels
- Develop some commercial business in the area
- Networking and raising the profile of the business locally
- Experience in dealing with Commercial Insurance business (ideally around 5 years +)
- Experience managing a team
- Cert CII qualification (minimum)
- Excellent administrative skills and background
- Knowledge of commercial products and insurance market
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven track record of retention
- Passion for customer services and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
