**What you need to bring to the table** Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, you have experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings or the home buying process

**As an Administrator, we would expect you to;** be able to pick up client relationships, ensure the smooth running of the branch, assisting and processing home sales and liaising with the relevant parties involved in the homebuying process

**What’s on offer to you** Basic annual salary ranging between £17,500 to £22,000, _dependent on your experience_
