Front of House Staff

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Front of House/Administration Assistantwith a passion for taking care of clients, students and customers, with a keen love for Education to add to the team and help continue to provide the highest possible level of service to new and existing customers.

**Job Specification**:
**Job Role / Responsibilities would include**:

- Meet and greet students, clients and customers
- Answer telephones and transfer to an appropriate staff member
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
- Opening and sorting post
- Carry out Administration requests: Induction Packs/ Taster sessions/ Interview Packs
- Data input
- Monitoring/ordering stationery
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing.
- Support staff in assigned project-based work.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Work towards achieving company KPIs and Mission, Vision and Values.
- Assist all company staff as necessary

**Essential qualifications**:
To possess or be working towards Business Administration at Level 2 or 3. Functional Skills at Level 2 for literacy, numeracy and ICT or be working towards supporting the company Skills Pledge.

**Desired qualifications**: Will be reflected in company staff development plans per job role (Qualifications Overview). CPD will be planned based on the needs of this post and/or individual, any changes in funding body requirements, technologies for recording data and company business objectives.

**Suitability**

This role ideally will be suited for a person with experience in creating a positive first and lasting impression, in a warm professional manner. Have excellent communication skills verbal, written and electronic.
