**Job description**

24-7 Language Services Ltd is a national interpreting and translations agency providing interpreting and translation services to solicitors and other companies across the UK.

Our clients require our interpreters to speak a broad range of languages and attend bookings in various locations around the country and our translators carry out written translations in different languages and timescales.

We are currently looking for an Invoices and Bookings Co-ordinator to manage the invoice aspect of our business. The role would involve checking our interpreter invoices for accuracy and sending a finalised invoice to the client for their booking. The roleis available immediately.

We are a very busy team operating out of an office in North west London and this is an opportunity for an individual who is looking for a challenge in a lively environment. Currently the team works on a hybrid work from office/work from home arrangment dueto the Covid pandemic, and the applicant must live in London.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Managing the invoicing process through our company portal system. Checking each invoice submitted by our interpreters and clarifying any discrepencies with interpreters and our clients. Sending a finalised invoice for our services to clients and respondingto any queries or concerns raised. Dealing with queries from interpreters about payments and ongoing client questions. Working with management to ensure monthy invoicing is carried out according to certain timeframes.
- Assisting the bookings team with bookings. Calling and liaising with clients and interpreters to ensure that all booking requests are fulfilled in expected deadlines
- Answering general enquiries over the telephone.
- Assisting the team when required with translations bookings and invoicing.
- Ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Providing assistance with general administration work

**Skills and experience required**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within specific timescales
- High level of IT literacy and use of Excel
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent team work skills and a proactive approach
