We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in providing HR administrative support for our UK wide employees of Volvo Group. You will be part of the People Services team based in Warwick. The People Services team provides HR Administration, Payroll and Recruitment services for multiple brands in Group including; Volvo and Renault Truck, Volvo Bus, Volvo Penta, Volvo Financial Services and Group Support functions.

Ideally your skills and experience would include:

- Accuracy and attention to detail across routine, ad hoc tasks
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office with expertise in Excel and Word
- Experience of working with multiple systems
- Advanced organisational skills
- Capable of working with integrity in a highly confidential manner, in a fast paced team environment
- Skilled at prioritising workload with an ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on own initiative
- Experience in a high volume administration role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
