We’re a well-established, fast-growing, outsourced HR Consultancy based in Warwickshire, and we have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Database administrator to join the team on an initial fixed-term basis for 12 months. We are experiencing a vast amount of growth with the anticipation for more and have an immediate need for a strong administrator who is talented in Recruitment ATS systems and has an interest in HR. The role is office-based from Warwick, and we are looking for 5 days a week, but part-time hours will be considered.

As our Database Administrator you will play a critical role in our clients' data management operations. Your primary responsibility once you join will be to develop our database, which will be to cleanse our ATS database to ensure accuracy; after this initial cleanse, we will be guided by you to ensure we are using the system to its full capability. You will also be responsible for setting new clients up on our HR system and ensuring the safekeeping of our client's key information as well as record keeping of all confidential interactions. In addition to this, and in an effort to support the large amount of growth we are currently experiencing and anticipate continuing to experience, you will be supporting our team of Human Resource Consultants in revising all of our valuable templates and documents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Database Administration: Manage, configure, and maintain various databases. We are looking for someone who will cleanse our ATS database and ensure accuracy, and also to become a super user on our ATS system to ensure that we are using it to its full capacity.
- HR CRM: To migrate data, cleanse data and ensure that our new clients are set up correctly on the system.
- Data reporting: To be able to pull data from our ATS and provide monthly reporting.
- Performance Tuning: Support in improving our valuable template documents library.
- Security: Implement and maintain data security protocols to protect sensitive information.
- Backup and Recovery: Develop and manage backup and recovery plans to ensure data integrity.
- Monitoring: Continuously monitor database systems to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to support database-related requirements.
- Office Support: Answering the office main line and forwarding messages where appropriate.

**Experience needed**:

- Proven experience as a Database Administrator
- ATS experience essential.
- Strong skills in administration, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of security protocols and best practices in database management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
