Corporate Finance Executive

As an Executive in the Corporate Finance team, you will be responsible for assisting with both buy-side and sell-side advice, including the preparation of information memoranda; buyer research approach and negotiation; transaction support including financial due diligence; company valuations; and the preparation of business plans and forecasts in respect of debt and equity fund raising. You will work closely with clients to gather this information and ensure they are kept up to date with progress. The wider team will all work together to meet deadlines together and ensure the client transaction is delivered efficiently. In terms of qualifications, you will require ACA or ACCA to undertake this position and will build well from a background in audit or accounts. Previous corporate finance experience is preferred but not a pre-requisite. We do, however, require excellent basic bookkeeping and accounting skills. The team will nurture and guide you as you navigate a journey in this new area of finance, ensuring your client management skills are effective and your technical accounting is strong.
