Overview As part of Project Basecamp (the Finance Transformation project that kicked off in October 2025), for the next 9-12 months we have an opening for a Finance Transformation Lead Analyst reporting into Jo Casey, Finance Transformation Controller. Are you passionate about driving meaningful change and continuous improvement? Join the newly formed team as the Finance Transformation Lead Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our finance function. This is a unique opportunity to support and deliver both tactical and strategic change initiatives, from micro change and client onboarding to billing transformation and wider finance team engagement. In this role, you'll be hands‑on in gathering business requirements, supporting process improvements, and embedding sustainable change across our global finance operations. You'll help refine client onboarding, implement new billing systems, and champion micro changes that make a real difference to efficiency and user experience. We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of finance operations, a passion for change, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. The Role This role supports the delivery of tactical and strategic change initiatives across the finance function, with a focus on micro change, client onboarding, billing transformation, and wider finance team engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Transformation Controller and two business analysts to ensure that change is embedded effectively and sustainably. Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. Hybrid working applies, two days based in our Guildford office as needed to perform the role and build relationships which is an integral part of the K2 culture within the business.
