**Role Description**
**Salary circa £50k - office (hybrid, 2-16 days in office each month)**
We’re transforming our commercial lines business through a programme called the Business Master Platform (BMP).
Working with the Internal Communications Business Partner, programme leadership team, change business managers, and key stakeholders to ensure all communications are effective, timely and aligned to the wider Az UK strategy and messaging, as well as to the Group Transformation strategy and messaging where appropriate.
As a multi-tasker with strong prioritisation skills, you'll be responsible for:
- Organising communication flows within the BMP Transformation team to deliver the right messages to the right people at the right time, enabling team members to access information in an effective, engaging and user-friendly way
- Working with the Internal Communications Business Partner, BMP leadership team and Business Change Managers to ensure all communications activity is delivered on time, to budget and with clear measurement and reporting for stakeholders. Use creative, innovative and two-way communication where appropriate to create best impact.
- Ensure campaigns and messages are aligned with other wider Allianz UK/Group activity and messaging. Work with the rest of the Internal Communications Team to ensure consistent messages are cascaded effectively ensuring our internal audience is at the heart of everything we do.
- Generate awareness of and engagement with the BMP Transformation programme in the wider business, providing a consistent, two-way stream of communication between the Programme and the business
- Lead the creation and development of suitable content for the different target audiences, making use of a wide variety of digital, traditional and face to face channels, such as the intranet, weekly leader communications, videos, townhalls, etc.
- Work with key stakeholders across the programme to design engagement programmes to develop a strong ‘one team’ culture where people feel connected
- Find creative ways to illustrate progress, shining a light on examples of success, best practice and delivering for our customers
- Collaborate (not ownership) with the wider Communications, PR and Marketing teams on external aspects of the programme
**About You**
**Required Skills and Attributes**
**Essential**:
- Significant communications experience, ideally within financial services/insurance/IT.
- Solid understanding of all forms of communication channels, processes and best practice is a must.
- Excellent copywriting, communication and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Good planning and project organisation skills.
- Confident senior stakeholder management, able to influence.
- Ability to multi-task to tight deadlines in a pressured and changing environment.
**Beneficial, but not essential**:
- Qualifications related to communications, business studies or insurance.
- Poppulo experience.
- Able to track and monitor progress and report effectiveness.

Communications qualification - or equivalent experience
