**Project Coordinator**

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our office department.

**Key Duties**
- Receive initial enquiry information, including measurements and photos from the Sales Support Team.
- Interpret the customer requirements and provide the customer with an accurate guide price based on our suggested solution(s)
- Follow up and answer any questions that the customer has.
- Carry out face to face showroom demonstrations.
- Schedule surveys for clients wishing to proceed to a formal quotation.
- Upload survey documents to the portal.
- Process orders and send clients order acknowledgements.
- Process payments.
- Prepare production and installation documents.
- Liaise and schedule installations and service calls with the client.
- Liaise and send out schedules to the installation teams.

You will fit this role perfectly if you have previous project coordinator experience, an excellent telephone manner, and are able to juggle multiple tasks at once. You must be proficient in using computer systems and have outstanding oral and written communication skills. We are looking for an individual who is articulate, confident and can work in a demanding and ever-changing environment.

Being a team player is a must, and you should be able to pick up and learn technical detail. This is a varied role where two days are never the same.

Don’t worry if you do not have specific project coordinator experience in the external solar shading sector, we are enthusiastic about what we do and will be happy to teach you.

You will work as part of a small, valued team where you can be proud of where you work and what you can achieve. You will be based from our head office in Sudbury, Suffolk, in our modern open-plan offices (working from home is not available).

We are looking for someone to work full-time Monday to Friday.
