The Lead Producer will be the product owner for the entire project, setting team goals and reviewing output for quality. As Lead Producer, you will manage our growing team of internal and external producers, as well as the platforms they oversee.
We are working on a revolutionary sci-fi, online, multiplayer shooter. If you have a passion for FPS games and have management and product ownership experience, this will be a career defining role for you.
This position reports directly to the Game Director but, the qualified Lead Producer should be able to set product goals, manage and review live metrics, and make independent decisions about the future of the product as well as work needed to meet our quality goals. The Lead Producer will partner with the Design Director and other senior leaders to incorporate new ideas and features into the feature roadmap.
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage all external partners providing feedback to the game
- Partner with the Development Director to manage the overall project schedule, milestone and sprint deliverables
- Manage and mentor all producers as product owners for the feature teams

- Production experience with PC/Console games, preferably multiplayer shooters
- In depth experience with a wide variety of games and a thorough understanding of the market
- Scrum team experience, working as a product owner, preffered
