**As our Restaurant Supervisor you will**
- Run shifts in the Bar and Restaurant alongside and in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
- Understand the current F&B offering, and looking at ways to improve and maximise opportunities.
- Ensure the team are engaged to upsell additional items as required.
- Serve guests behind the bar, taking orders and ensuring that service runs smoothly and guests are satisfied.
- Deal with any compliments and complaints as and when they arise ensuring swift and satisfactory outcomes to ensure guest satisfaction, and communicating these to the relevant departments as necessary.
- Ensure efficient communication between the kitchen and F&B teams.
- Attend and help to lead team meetings, and carry out efficient team training as required.
- Assist with stock control and ordering at the direction of the Restaurant Manager.

By joining us as our Restaurant Supervisor you will become part of our friendly team. This role would be ideally suited to you if you want to work in a busy hotel environment with a great team. The role will be 42.5 hours per week including evenings and weekends as required.

To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess:

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; a team player
- Good organisational skills, and be self-motivated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.71 per hour
