**We are seeking compassionate individuals**to join our vibrant residential care teams in West Lothian, Fife and Perthshire.

As a Practitioner, no two days will be the same Your days will be a **thrilling mix of outdoor escapades**, **cake baking** extravaganzas and **cosy coffee outings -**your days limited only by our young people's imaginations.

We want **good people,**with **drive**and **passion** to spend time with our young people and **share in their experiences**. Working with our young people requires **empathy and enthusiasm** to allow them to feel safe and supported in their homes.

The Practitioner post includes sleepovers and variable working patterns. Our Practitioners work a variety of shifts that includes days, evenings, weekends and **sleepovers**. **Full-time, Part-time and Sessional working hours** will be considered.

from £27,504.35 to £33,311.11 depending on qualifications

*Salaries noted exclude sleepover payments

**Shift patterns**:

- Week 1 - Tuesday, Friday, Sunday_
- Week 2 - Thursday, Thursday_
- Week 3 - Monday, Wednesday, Saturday_
- Week 4 - Monday, Sunday_
- 160 hours of the four week period _

Pay: £26,703.00-£32,340.00 per year
