At Care Visions we understand that the Residential Childcare Worker plays a crucial role in supporting a young person recovering from adversity and trauma

We understand that being a residential childcare worker is about more than just following policies and procedures. It is actually about being genuinely caring and making the right choices in difficult times.

Everything that you do as part of this role revolves around the needs of our young people and will compliment your own personal commitment to be the best that you can be and a person that fully understands our Young People’s needs and aspirations.

We are always looking for the right individuals for our teams, so if you have the skills and values to develop great relationships that support, empower and inspire our young people, then we would like to hear from you.

**You will also need**:

- To be committed to your own personal and professional development
- A valid manual driving licence (essential)
- PVG check (company funded).

We have a fantastic community of support made up of compassionate and committed practitioners and managers who support one another, growing and developing together to provide the best possible experiences of care for our young people.

Working for Care Visions will also provide you with comprehensive training, including a fully funded professionally recognised qualification (for those not already qualified).
