**Joe’s Ice Cream Ltd, Llanelli**

Working week is **Monday - Sunday. Alternate weekend work is required** so one weekend you will be working and the following you will have the full weekend off.

**The daily tasks will be**:
Excellent customer service

Cash handling

Stock management

Cleaning all areas of the parlour

Ice cream making

Be energetic - our parlours and teams are busy

Be keen and enthusiastic

Have a “hands-on” approach to work

Support and motivate team members

Confidently communicate

Deal with customer complaints in an effective manner

Be a team player

Be trustworthy, reliable and punctual

**In return, you will**:
Be part of a close parlour team and more widely a medium sized company of ice cream lovers and Joe's enthusiasts

Receive full in-house training on ice cream production and our processes.

Be supported by your manager, your reporting Director and the other parlour teams. We share insight across the company.

Make a lot of people smile. We take pride in the Joe's moments that are important in our loyal customers' lives

**Job type: Full-time and on a permanent basis in Llanelli**
