**Salary**: £21,000-23,000

In this role as a working supervisor, you will help manage the department by ensuring all staff are performing to their best abilities. Training is given and monitored to a high standard.

You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and PCs with excellent written and verbal communication. CAFM system experience would also be an advantage. You will also have a positive can-do attitude with the ability to work well under pressure to ensure to ensure deadlines and targets are met.

Support the manager with keeping the department running smoothly by keeping data and procedures up to date.
