**Digital Marketing Executive**

Our client is the largest provider of specialist housing and care for people in later life in England, employing more than 9,000 people throughout England. We provide more than 60,000 homes for older people and are a trusted care provider with more than100 care homes.

**About the role**

Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Manager - New Developments, the responsibilities will include:

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Manage the database of contacts (Salesforce)
- Manage new developments webpages
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc
- Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly
- Fix any errors in online content
- Lead on the implementation of Salesforce across the developments
- Attend Salesforce networking events
- Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the developments are in front of the industry developments.
- Work on SEO of the website pages.
- Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.
- Promote company’s product and services in the digital space.
- Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.

**About you**

You will have a good understanding of all aspects of digital marketing as well as the wider marketing mix. An understanding of the sales process and importance of hitting targets is also important. You will have media and creative experience from eitheran agency or client background

You will have knowledge or previous experience of using Salesforce & or Pardot (or similar CRM) and be competent with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint in particular). You will have excellent copy writing and proof-reading skills.

You will have a pro-active and passionate attitude towards sales, be a good decision maker and a good communicator and comfortable in front of a camera, a flexible approach and a commercial mind-set.

**Location: Hybrid working - Bradford Office and Home**

**Contract Type: 18 months FTC**

**Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours**

**Salary: Up to £25,683 per annum
