The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by generating leads, managing property visits, and nurturing relationships with prospective customers. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, results-driven individual who thrives on engaging with clients and delivering tailored marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and target potential customers for ECO4 energy-efficient solutions through strategic marketing campaigns, online channels, and networking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns aimed at raising awareness about the ECO4 scheme.
- Build and maintain a robust database of leads for follow-up and conversion.
- **Property Visits**:

- Conduct site visits to assess property suitability for ECO4 upgrades, explaining the benefits and potential savings to homeowners.
- Collect property information, conduct initial surveys, and provide feedback to the technical team for assessments.
- Address customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless and professional experience during site visits.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Plan and execute localized campaigns to create interest in the company's energy solutions.
- Distribute promotional materials, participate in community outreach programs, and represent the company at events.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Regularly follow up with leads to convert interest into successful projects.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and report the performance of marketing initiatives, including lead conversion rates and campaign ROI.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to refine strategies and offerings.

**Qualifications**
- Strong marketing and communication skills
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and WordPress
- Familiarity with Google Ads and social media management
- Excellent analysis and copywriting abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English with effective IT skills

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
