Salford City Academy sits within the top schools in Salford for progress in the DFE’s performance tables. In 2024 students achieved 72% in both English and Maths. Progress for pupil premium students has narrowed with academic results at the academy improving year on year. We are highly ambitious to be one of the highest performing schools in the North West.

The academy enjoys state of the art facilities and has a committed, high quality teaching team which is focussed on engaging and motivating all students. We have invested over £3.5 million in the last two years and a further £1.5 million committed to be invested. We have a state-of-the-art gymnasium, free for all staff, brand new dining, and catering facilities, vast outside space with a new 3G pitch, newly built music and drama rooms.
