£38,000 - £45,000 basic salary and a competitive bonus scheme based on profit shares, a company car, phone, laptop, Ipad, a competitive pension, and 25 days holiday.**
My client is an award winning, innovative, and well-established manufacturer and distributor within the lighting and electrical accessories industry. Their impressive product portfolio has allowed them to become a leading supplier to the electrical wholesalemarket. In the last month they turned over £6.7 million and have witnessed significant growth in the last few years following multiple successful acquisitions. This is an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Area Sales Manager to join their dynamic andgrowing team in the Northwest.
The role:
- Reporting to the regional sales manager you will manage your own diary, forecast, and report sales activity against your personal and regional KPI’s.
- You will be working autonomously with the support of the internal sales representatives to bring on new business by developing relationships with electrical wholesalers and contractors.
- You will maximise the expansion of existing accounts through proactively identifying areas for potential growth by building strong relationships and providing solutions to the client’s requirements.
- You will work collaboratively within a forward-thinking team to implement and develop sales strategies in consideration to their ever
- growing product portfolio.
**Skills and Requirements**:
- You must have a Full Clean Uk Driving License.
- You must have a track record of success within your sales career
- You must have the ability to work proactively and autonomously to maximise the profitability of the sales.
- You must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic with a desire to contribute towards the development of sales strategies.
- It is desirable to have a network of electrical wholesalers and contractors within lighting and electrical accessories.
