We cover all things "Digital" including Digital Marketing, Ecommerce and Product We work across a wide range of industries with roughly 50% of roles within Agency and 50% brand side, mostly commonly in the Technology sector. Our clients include businesses such as Born Social, Publicis, 1000 Heads, Mother, Channel 4, Lego, Uber, Disney, ITV and ASOS. So far we've had a record-breaking year and have seen the team grow and flourish with multiple promotions and new sub-specialisms within the division being born. We are a close team who are collaborative, high energy and considered to be the best by thetop talent that we hire for. **The Role** As the Team Lead for this division you'll grow to have a solid knowledge of MP's business areas and solutions, quick to spot opportunities for yourself and the wider business. We are looking for someone who has the ambition to lead an established team withinthe wider Digital Division. You will; - identify new business opportunities and drive the growth of your desk and the team through consistent business development activities - manage a versatile and demanding desk - Mentor and coach your team members with a few to take on full management within 6-9 months time. **The salary for this role is up to £40,000 basic and our internal talent team are happy to share our commission structure and talk through what your OTE would look like in year 1, year 2 and beyond.** - Major Players is an Equal Opportunity employer, we have recently launched our Authentically Different DE&I Statement, outlining our commitments in being a conduit for positive change (this can be found on our website).
