Our commitment to advancing our work on equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) has steadily increased and, with the appointment of a Lead Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer, we continue to strengthen and develop thisimportant and crucial area.

Advising and influencing our Board, senior management team, staff and stakeholders, you will lead the progression of our EDI action plan and strategic framework, ensuring that our agenda is positive, proactive and influential.

We’re looking for someone:

- Who is passionate about advancing equality, diversity and inclusion within sport
- With experience in implementing EDI and creating positive, sustained change and experience of development and leadership inclusion programmes.
- With proven experience of developing programmes and initiatives for under-represented groups.

The post is full-time (Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm core hours) but you may be required to work weekends and evenings. The position is based at our headquarters in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire. We provide a hybrid working arrangement (three days in officeand two from home) following a successful probation period.
