Mills Mobility are looking to grow our team and are currently recruiting for an office and accounts administrator to support our existing team

We pride ourselves on providing a first class service and are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will uphold our high standards of customer service.

The job role includes but not limited to
- Welcoming visitors to the building and assisting as required
- Booking appointments for colleagues and arranging home visits and service calls
- Organising filing systems and updating office databases
- Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks
- Responding to questions and requests for information
- Confidence to communicate effectively and accurately with a wide range of people, from senior management to customers and suppliers
- Ability to accurately transcribe messages and record information over the phone or in person
- Proficiency in computer programs, particularly Microsoft Word
- Data entry skills and knowledge of databases and spreadsheets, including Microsoft Excel and Sage One
- Ability to use basic accounting software such as Sage One to generate invoices and receipts

Working

Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm at our Hereford office

Full training and support will be given to right applicant.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
