**Your role in a nutshell**
As our Creative person, you’ll see the visions in your head turn into reality across our event experiences. You’ll take a client brief and run with it, putting your visualisation and artwork skills into practice and selling the dream. You’ll also have the ability to produce idents, logos and branding to bring everything together.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Creative direction - you’ll play a starring role in delivering our creative response, helping get the right brief, and going back with something that goes above and beyond a client’s requirements but stays within budget. You’ll brief freelancers, work with the Directors & wider team to check creative before it goes to back to a client and keep everything ticking along in line with deadlines
- Visuals - you’re responsible for what our clients see, so you’ll make sure visuals and documentation looks great. You’ll be proficient in Vector works, (or similar) and able to produce floorplans and visuals to a high standard
- Copy - you’ll be good with words as well as pictures, and able to bring an event experience to life through copy and documentation creation
- Brand Guidelines - you ‘get’ brand guidelines and know how to push them without irritating a brand team
- Graphic Design & Artwork - you can produce graphic design, for events prep artwork for print (supporting as needed with print production) and be able to pull together a whizz-bang onscreen to help us win pitches
- Video - you’re happy to be involved as and when needed when it comes to creative direction
- Pitches - you’ll help lead us in the creative war room, helping us come up with unbeatable ideas as our creative lead. Working alongside our directors and the wider team, you’ll help create winning pitches to the nine-point presentation plan
- Creative Development - you’ll lead creative reviews throughout pitching and project processes, and after all jobs are delivered, sharing key learning in a debrief
- Brand Guardian - you’ll support with our creative content strategy and the development of WLT’s social and website channels, plus take care of event photography
- Little black book - be able to support the wider team with additional freelance support for both visualisation and graphic design
- Communication - you’ll give accurate and timely updates on all projects and client developments via the appropriate channels e.g., Monday, Slack or face-to-face meetings
This role is remote working with trips to the office/team meet ups when necessary
