As we grow, we will expand into new clients, markets, and verticals, building a scalable acquisition engine that supports both our own group and future external partners. Creative is central to how Cavis reaches, engages, and converts consumers. Every asset we produce must be both compliant and performance-driven, supporting efficient acquisition at scale. We rely on structured testing, robust insight, and a clear understanding of customer behaviour to deliver measurable results. We’re now growing our in-house creative performance function and seeking a Creative Strategist who can blend creativity, analytical thinking, and commercial understanding to drive stronger outcomes across our campaigns. Main Accountabilities Develop, shape, and execute creative strategies that improve performance across Meta, TikTok, and other key digital channels. Develop and execute performance-driven creative strategies across Meta and TikTok, aligned to client goals and platform best practices. Analyse creative performance data and turn it into clear insights, testing plans, and next steps that guide continuous improvement. Concept, script, and brief a wide range of assets, including UGC, high-production content, design, and motion. Work closely with compliance to ensure regulations are met and client standards maintained. Understand what makes creative convert, including hooks, messaging, structure, and pacing, and refine concepts through iterative testing. Build and deliver detailed and actionable creative briefs for UGC creators, editors, and designers. Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure all creative work is on-brand, aligned with strategy, and performance-led. Present creative thinking, insights, and recommendations to clients with growing confidence and clarity. Stay on top of platform trends, consumer behaviour, competitor shifts, and emerging formats to fuel concept development. Manage multiple client projects with organisation, speed, and attention to detail, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met. Contribute to improving internal creative processes by sharing learnings, identifying performance patterns, and suggesting optimisations. Maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients by surfacing insights early, flagging risks before they escalated, and consistently guiding them on priorities and expectations. What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months) You confidently own creative strategy across several campaigns. Your creative concepts deliver measurable performance improvements across KPIs. Channel teams rely on your insight to inform testing and scaling decisions. A clear, structured creative testing roadmap is in place. Creative output becomes more consistent, efficient, and conversion-led. You’ll Thrive Here If You Have 2–3+ years in creative strategy, paid social, or performance marketing (agency or regulated-sector experience is a strong advantage). A track record of developing high-performing Meta/TikTok creatives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret creative and channel performance data. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A deep understanding of consumer psychology and decision‑making triggers. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
