To liaise with participation banks, agents, law firms, valuers, internal clients and borrowers.
- Ensuring the accurate input and maintenance of all credit data and terms into systems
- Delivery of an effective loans admin service to internal and external stakeholders with clear communication
- Delivery of an effective loans admin services to customers including:

- Disbursement of loans
- Settlement of transactions
- Provide customers with rate fixing information
- Producing loan statements and interest notices
- To ensure loan drawdowns are in accordance with loan agreement.
- To handle escrow account administration.
- To keep track of customers’ compliance with credit terms.
- To monitor loan covenants
- Loan closing and all related administration
- To engage in the preparation of loan documentation in both pre and post drawdown phases.
- To carefully manage the process for the collection and analysis of the financial information of relevant loan covenants in order to facilitate the Branch’s awareness of the financial conditions and operations of its borrowers and guarantors on a continualbasis.

What you will need to be successful in the role:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience gained in a Loan Operations (to include loan administration, loan servicing and loan system maintenance) role
- Experience working syndicated transactions corporate lending
- Preferably educated to degree-level, or equivalent.
- A good understanding of the credit risk involved with any specific financial covenants.
- Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders across various lines of business.
