VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a **Office Administrator - Finance **for a leading Renewable Electricity Company.

This proves to be a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to widen their knowledge in a leading organisation that places immense value on their staff. **Permanent** role.

This is a **Part-time** position - 20-22 hours per week (3 shifts preference but flexibility available) - Office is based in **Belfast City Centre**.

**Salary**

£13 - £14 per hour + Fantastic Benefits and Great Working Environment

**The Role**
- Overseeing the day to day operations of the office including; maintaining the office supply inventory and liaising with suppliers accordingly to ensure the smooth running of office operations
- receiving and distributing incoming post
- provide additional administrative support as needed
- Provide support with preparation of weekly and monthly management reports and reporting packs as required
- Creating invoices in line with operational and sales processes
- Ensure the CRM is kept up to date in terms of customer activity e.g. customer deposit paid
- Assist with monthly Client and Supplier Statement reviews
- Take the lead with credit control processes; raising and managing purchase orders, invoice management, maintaining and reconciling Xero

**The Ideal Person**
- Office Administration experience
- Experience with financial duties
- Experience with record keeping, numerical proficiency, accuracy etc
- Experience dealing with invoices and/or Purchase Orders is preferred
- Experience of prioritising workload and delivering results in a busy working environment
