- Main Role Purchase Ledger Clerk
- Accurately processing purchase invoices using in-house systems
- Managing supplier statement reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Processing weekly payment runs
- Raising Sales Invoices
- Adhoc accounts administration
- Social Media Updates
- Additional duties such as assisting with personal tasks for family members, supporting the sales team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software (desirable)
- Requires sharp attention to detail
- Marketing Experience (desirable)
