We are looking for a kind and compassionate Care Supervisor / Senior Care Assistant to join our outstanding Children's care home, located in Gloucester.

**Role Overview**:
As a Senior Support Worker / Team Leader you will work with young adults with complex needs.

You will be overseeing Support Workers and supporting the team to work in accordance with care plans. You'll operate within the home and local community settings providing hands-on care to the people we support, so you can expect total involvement in everything we do.

As at least a team of 2, you will be supporting young people aged between 15 - 23. You will be helping them attend any educational or recreational activities during the day and assisting them in keeping their home clean, preparing meals and attending recreational activities such as visiting the cinema or a trip to the spa.

**Requirements**:
The Care Supervisor / Team leader role ideally requires a Level 2 in Health & Social Care, experience in supporting people with complex needs, competency in managing the daily responsibilities of the team and record keeping.

- Starting salary at £12.00
- A driving licence is preferable but not essential

- There is shift work with a day or night positions available, days are 7am-3pm / 2pm-10pm and nights are 10pm-7am
