Part time receptionist with flexible working hours.

The person will be a great communicator who enjoys responsibility, and a motivated individual with a brilliant work ethic. You will have strong customer-facing skills and be an excellent organiser. A working knowledge of PC programmes including Word, Excel and Outlook are essential. An understanding of Sage Accounts preferred but not essential. ( pay dependent on experience)

Tasks will include.
- Meet and greet customers.
- Prepare job sheets, taking customers details.
- Ringing customers on completion of works.
- Assist in setting up systems to record work completed for future references.
- Deal with social media and updating website.
- Maintain diary.
- Forward any accounting paperwork to bookkeeper.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
