Veterinary Receptionist

Permanent receptionist required for a busy veterinary practice in Falmouth. Salary up to £21 000.

This practice is recognised by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons as being outstanding in delivering client care and you will share our passion for providing clients with an exceptional service.

Previous veterinary experience is not required however you will have had experience in a client facing position and will need to be bright, pro-active and sympathetic, demonstrating a high level of customer service at all times. You will need to be computer literate and able to input data efficiently, you will need to be able to multi-task in a pressurised environment, answering 'phones and taking messages whilst maintaining a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
