We are looking for Outreach Health Check Workers to join our team As an NHS Health Check worker, you will deliver the NHS Health Check in a community setting.The role of the NHS Health Check worker will be screening eligible patients of their risk of developing cardiovascular disease over the next 10 years and ways to mitigate risk.
the Essex Wellbeing team are seeking to recruit keen individuals, with an interest in health promotion and reducing health inequalities, as an NHS Health Check worker. The NHS Health Check is a health check-up for adults aged 40 to 74. It's designed to spot early signs of stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes or dementia. As we get older, we have a higher risk of developing one of these conditions. community setting in either fixed locations or on the Mobile unit across Essex.
