You'll be supporting people with low, medium, and high support needs, including those with mental health challenges, health-related issues, or those aiming to access employment or training. As a Support Worker, you’ll act as a secondary worker within a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) in ECC Children & Families, offering both planned and crisis support. While employed by Peabody, you’ll work closely day-to-day with the MDT Team Manager at Essex County Council. You’ll work alongside colleagues and senior managers to ensure our Support Service runs smoothly. You’ll promote a supportive and cooperative environment, listen to customer feedback, and help shape services to better meet their needs. You’re passionate about supporting others and bring experience, empathy, and a proactive approach.
