Requirements of the role
- ACCA qualified; degree educated
- Experience of working in a multi-million pound business within the health and care sector
- Strong skills in establishing complex financial planning and strategy.
- Experience of operating in a senior position across a multi stakeholder environment spanning private and public sector organisations
- An ability to deep dive whilst being comfortable with a strategic, long term vision
- Experience of procurement, IT and process re-design to drive efficiencies to enhance service excellence
- Developing and implementing accounting policies, systems
- Strong analytical approach and reporting on financial performance.
- Solid experience in contract management.
- Experience of establishing and delivering investment strategies
- Strong work ethic with the tenacity and skills to deliver on time, in full
- Good team player
