**The role**

Reporting to the National Contracts Manager, the Contract Administrator will work will work 37.5 hours per week split between our Doncaster site and home. As the Contract Administrator you will be responsible for liaising with customers to agree project start dates and providing support to the Contracts team with all aspects of administration and project tracking.

**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with customers to agree project start dates
- Maintain computerised diary of project start dates and allocation of labour for the Stormforce contracts department
- Monitor and maintain register of live projects progressing through Stormforce Technical Sales
- Monitor and record the issue and return of fitter’s packs
- Issue Risk Assessments and Method Statements - often adapting to the main contractors’ specific requirements
- Assist in generating of purchase orders and arrange delivery of materials where required
- Assisting accounts to secure payment, chasing customers and resolving payment issues
- Ensuring UpToDate records are kept of Sub-Contractors details, to include but not limited to, Insurances, UTR and Bank details, contact details including N.O.K. and Training
- Assisting with the handover of the Projects
- Compiling and recording of information in relation to the Fitters Pack whether this be Paper format and/or Electronic, to include chasing completed fitters’ packs and/or information from the relevant Sub-Contractor from Ongoing and Completed Projects
- Update and maintain Fitters’ Diary
- Assist in the Overspill of incoming calls
- To undertake any other administrative tasks required within your capability to meet the needs of the Company

**Profile**
- GCSE standard or equivalent English and either Maths/Science/Business Studies at Grade C/4 or equivalent
- Degree educated or equivalent is desirable
- Commercial awareness
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of operating and management of CRM systems and customer databases
- Investigative and analytical skills beneficial
- Strong administrative background
- Building and maintaining strong positive working relationships internally and externally
- Understanding client needs
- Working independently without daily supervision
- Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business
