On behalf of The Home Office, we are looking for a Commercial Officer x 2 (Inside IR35) for a 10-month contract-based Hybrid -London, Liverpool or Manchester.

**As a Commercial Officer, your main responsibilities will be**:

- Provide procurement and contract management support, including the management of procurements and Statements of Work under existing contracts.
- Acting as a contact for internal stakeholders and external supplier, supporting the management of commercial and contractual relationships.
- Co-ordinating and contributing to contractual advice to ensure that contracts continue to reflect business requirements, through engagement with a ride of stakeholders.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the terms and conditions or the contract, the deliverables and works with the supplier to develop a plan to deliver.
- Effectively support complex contracts and lead and support on procurements, in line with procurement regulations and Home Office Commercial Governance.
- Collaboratively work with the team to ensure best practice and continuous improvement.

**Essential**:

- Experience of supporting complex contracts from a commercial perspective, ensuring value for money is achieved. Demonstrating strategic thinking, flexibility including the ability to manage multiple urgent priorities and risk management.
- Knowledge and experience of CCS Frameworks and methods of accessing them and good understanding of the Public Sector Procurement Regulations.

- CIPS level 4
